Awards

Students accumulate awards as recognition for their achievement. They aim to progress through our levelled award system, to achieve a gold star badge throughout their years at Smalls Road Public School.

5 merit awards = Bronze certificate

3 Bronze awards = Silver certificate

3 Silver awards = Gold Star Badge and Gold certificate

2 Gold awards = Platinum Medallion

A Platinum Medallion is rarely achieved as the final tier in our levelled awards system. To achieve this, students must have 2 Gold certificates.

Students are encouraged to save their awards until they have collected the correct amount and then submit them to their teacher.  Merit awards from any grade, can be submitted.

Awards cannot be replaced if they are lost or damaged.
